Sasha E. Sloan is a storyteller and #BookTok influencer with over 1.5 million followers. Her debut novel, The Ruins Beneath Us, will be published with Disney Books in February 2026.

Sasha created the popular TikTok series Noble House of Black and is known for humorous skits, media commentary and her “chirpy” personality (Rolling Stone). She is an advocate for the human right to seek asylum and promoted Refugees Welcome at Miss America 2021, earning a Top 10 placement. She grew up in the Rocky Mountains and studied political science at BYU before moving to New York City, where she now resides. When she’s not consumed by creative endeavors, you can usually find her surfing or skiing.
